Q: Do you ship internationally?
a: YES, we ship worldwide baby! each country and region has its own specific policies and the buyer will be responsible for duties or taxes, if any.
Q: Do you provide free shipping?
a: at the moment we do not, we are still a very small business and do not have the funds to ship each and every order for free.
Q: Do you guys offer any discounts or promotions?
a: absolutely! keep an eye out for any of our sales and promotions they are always advertised via our instagram @tiedye.forbabes be sure to follow to stay in the know!
Q: Will my pieces look just like they do via instagram and your site?
a: for the most part, yes! hues may vary as each and every piece is hand dyed per order!
Q: Do you guys offer pieces for men?
a: yes! almost everything on tiedyeforbabes is unisex!
Q: Can I make a custom order?
a: absolutely! be sure to email us at info@basicsforbabes.com for any custom orders.
Q: Will the dye bleed?
a: I have personally tested each and every piece tiedyeforbabes releases and the only pieces that may bleed are the ones that are a dark hue like our monday blues color way. I would advise washing this one separately from anything else you own!
Q: How do I wash my pieces?
a: I would advise washing your tie dye pieces on a delicate cycle and hang drying if possible if not dry on delicate.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
a: every order is shipped 2-4 business days after placing your order. please do keep in mind that tiedyeforbabes is a small business and experiences high volume orders and sometimes this can vary. as it is a one woman show!
Q: How do I track my order?
a: every order will receive a email confirmation and tracking number when shipped out!
Q: Will I be charged duties and taxes?
a: depending on where you are ordering from duties and taxes will vary. customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Q: Returns
tiedyeforbabes does not accept any returns at the moment. each and every piece is hand dyed and made per order. returns can only be made if there is an error on our end.
Q: Is there a kid collection?
yes! we offer sizes as small as 6 months up to 10/12!
